Ten Ren’s Coffee & Tea perfectly combined Coffee and Black Tea to create a signature Hong Kong style drink. This tea can be enjoyed with milk or creamer.

Tea Making Method:

The water used to steep this tea should be at the boiling point, 212°F (100°C). Use about 2 teaspoons (3 g) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 mL) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired concentration.

Step 1

Warm Tea Pot

Warm tea pot(250-300ml capacity) with boiling water, and then discard water.

Step 2

Add Tea Leaves

Add tea leaves (3g.-6g.) into tea pot.

Step 3

Pour Hot Water

Pour in hot water (85°C – 95°C)

Step 4

Steep

Steep it for 50 seconds to serve, and you can enjoy your tea.

Step 5

Subsequent Cups

Put in hot water again and allow an additional 5-10 seconds for the subsequent brews.
