This Ten Ren’s Bubble black tea is a special blend of high-quality Assam Black Tea. Tea brewed from bubble black tea has a clear dark red hue. The taste is strong with malt like aftertaste. It is perfect for adding sugar and milk to create a cup of Taiwanese bubble tea.
Tea Making Instruction:
The water used to steep this tea should be at the boiling point, 212°F (100°C). Use about 2 teaspoons (3 g) of tea leaves for about every 5 ounces (150 mL) of water. A steeping time of about 3-5 minutes with more or less time is recommended depending on the desired concentration.
