Will I receive a receipt after ordering?
Yes. An official receipt will arrive with the ordered item. You will also receive an email confirmation by email, which can be kept for your records.
What are my payment options?
You can pay for your order with a VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit card issued from both Canadian and American financial institutions. Please note that all advertised prices are in United State Dollars (USD).
What are my shipping options?
All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items ordered. For the most recent shipping rates information click here.
Shipping is available to which countries?
Shipping is available to the United States and Canada. For international customers, shipping is only available to selected countries.
If I order today, when can I expect to receive my order?
Items should arrive within 7 days of ordering, but please allow up to two weeks for international orders.
Can I ship to a PO box address?
Yes, you can. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please remember to include a physical street address and highway number with your order.
Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
To cancel an order, please send an email to us within 12 hours. Be sure to include your: 1) Order Number 2) Account Username 3) and list the product you wish to cancel. It is not possible to cancel orders that have already shipped.
How do I exchange or return a product I bought online?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If I return a product, how long do I have to wait for a refund?
Once the product is received and verified, a refund will be issued within 24 hours.
